The Experimental Research Of The Suppovting Kidney To Eliminate Turbid Fluid Mixture Tveating On The Experimental CRF Rats

Object: The mixture of supporting kidney to eliminate turbid fluid is the prescription at principle of strengthen QI and invigoration the kidney, relaxing the bowels and expelling the turbid, and activating blood circulation and removing stasis, which comes from the tutor's experience of many years, and in conjunction with CRF internal deficiency and external excess characteristics. The research is mainly to study the effectiveness of the mixture on experimental CRF rats and the effect of improving the renal function.Method: we established the CRF rat model after resection the 5/6 kidney. The rats were randomly classified into four groups as the treated group, control group, model group and normal group. Amongst the treated group were treated with the mixture herbs. We observed the general condition, SCR,SUN, UA and the pathomorpholog. We also design west medicine as control group to give the objective assessment. The experimental data were deal with SPSS software.Result: the mixture of spurting kidney to eliminate turbid fluid can remarkably improve the out express and body weight of the CRF rats, descend UA(P<0.01),decrease SCR(P<0.05) and SUN(P<0.01),and predispose the renal tissue restoration, the effect is better than control group.Conclusion: the mixture of supporting kidney to eliminate turbid fluid can effectively descend the UA,SCR and BUN of the CRF rats, improve and repair the renal pathological tissue and benefit renal function the CRF rats.
