Effect Of Scalp Penetration Acupuncture On Serum TNF-α And SICAM-1 Of Patients With Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective: To study the mechanism of scalp penetration acupuncture treating acute cerebral infarction.Method: 60 cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into a scalp penetration acupuncture group and a west medicine group (control group), 30 cases in each group. The contents of serum Tumour necrosis factor- α (TNF- α )and soluble Immunocytoadhere-nce molecale(sICAM-l) and nervous dysfunctional marks were observed as indexes.Result: After treatment, the contents of TNF- α , the contents of sICAM-1 in serum were descent in the two groups. The difference was obvious before and after treatment in each group (P<0.01). Moreover, the difference was significant after treatment between the two groups (P<0.01), and the scalp penetration acupuncture group was superior to the west medicine group; After treatment, the nervous functional marks were descent in the two groups. The difference was obvious before and after treatment in each group (P<0.01). Moreover, the difference was significant after treatment between the two groups (P<0.01), and the scalp penetration acupuncture group was superior to the west medicine group; After treatment, the marks of life quality BI were ascent in the two groups. The difference was obvious before and after treatment in each group (P<0.01). Moreover, the difference was significant after treatment between the two groups (P<0.05), and the scalp penetration acupuncture group was superior to the west medicine group.Conclusion: The scalp penetration acupuncture is able to adjust the content of serum TNF- α and sICAM-1, inhibit the inflammatory reaction.
