Objective: To Correlation study of CD4+, CD8+ T-Lymphocyte in Pulmonary, Snout, Skin, Intestine in asthma of rat model, to discuss Correlation study of Pulmonary, Snout, Skin, Intestine of asthma. In order to find the correlation of substance in them. Especially the foundation of substance and scientific connotation in the Lung and the Large Intestine Are Interior-Exteriorl. Methods: Twenty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 2groups the normal group, the model group of asthma. Wistar rats were sensitized and challenged with Ovalbumin to establish anasthmatic model, onsevevteenday, to kill rats and obtain to Pulmonary, Snout, Skin, Intestine, heart, spleen of rats. CD4+, CD8+T-lymphocytes in Pulmonary, Snout, Skin, Intestine, heart, spleen were labeled by immunohistochemical staining and their number was calculated using imaging analyzer. Result: 1) Compared with the normal group, in the the model group of asthma, the number of CD4+ in Pulmonary, Snout, Intestine increased significantly (P<0.05). The number of CD4+ in heart, spleen, Skin of rats are equivalent between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared with the normal group, in the the model group of asthma, the number of CD8+ in Pulmonary, Snout, Intestine increased significantly (P<0.05). The number of CD8+ in heart, spleen, Skin of rats are equivalent between the two groups(P>0.05). 2) In the normal group, the number of in six parts of CD4+, CD8+ reduced obviously, compared with the the model group of asthma, However, the number of CD4+, CD8+in Pulmonary, Snout, Intestine are equivalent(P>0.05) in the normal group. 3) In the the model group of asthma, the number of in six parts of CD4+ in Pulmonary increased, compared with heart, spleen, Skin (P<0.05). The number of in six parts of CD8+ of the the model group increased, compared with heart, Skin (P<0.05). However, the number of CD4+, CD8+in Pulmonary, Snout, Intestine are equivalent (P>0.05). Conclusion: From the study, we can find that the realation between Pulmonary and Intestine are tight in asthma. The results is correlatcal. In mucosal immunity of asthma, it is possible that CD4+, CD8+ T-Lymphocyte is the foundation of substance between Pulmonary and Intestine.
