| 1.Objective:To Research on TCM law of syndrome about Insulin Resistance(IR) of Type 2 diabetes (T2DM)as well as the function of prescription in TCM theory to aim directly at different syndrome during the progress of animal experiment.2.Method and Results2.1 Research on the theory and literatureThrough the review of the documents, we do a further research on the occurence,pathogeny, pathological mechanism, diagnosis and treatment of Insulin Resistance on the basis of Type 2 diabetes in TCM, the general research situation of TCM to prevent and treat of Insulin Resistance. According to the documents we've got so far, many scholars have done a great deal for the prevention and treatment of T2DMIR and really have made some progress,however there are still many problems to be solved: (1)Uncert diagnostic criteria: As diagnosis standard is not the same, that leads to the observed objectives different which brings obstacles for academic exchange and clinical research. (2) Lack of unified received standard for syndrome differentiation.Now there are many sorts of syndrome differentiation with a lot of subjective opinions but in great disorder which is not good for standardization and objective.(3) No unified animal model with T2DMIR so far. (4) On the basis of achieved research achievements, how to indicate the function mechanism of TCM to T2DMIR combining the latest research results of technology and exerting the technology advantages of cell biology and molecular biology,which is a problem requiring urgent settlement in the process of deepening the research of metabolic syndrome in TCM.2.2 Experience research2.2.1 Experiment oneTo establish the model rats of T2DMIR with fat food (with high calories) plus STZ of injected abdominal cavity.To observe the TCM law of syndrome about Insulin Resistance (IR) of Type 2 diabetes (T2DM) during the progress of animal experiment. Compared with the normal rats group, the FPG,Fins,IRI,TNF-α,IL-6 and cAMP/cGMP level of model rats group rises up obviously(P〈0.05) and IAI level lowers obviously(P 〈0.05) from the end of 6th week. Compared with the normal rats group,the TC,LDL-C level of model rats rises up obviously(p〈0.05) from the end of 8th ,TG level rises up obviously(P〈0.05) from the end of 12th. Compared with the normal rats group, the whole blood viscosity of 150/s and 5/s as well as the blood plasma viscosity of model rats group rises up obviously(P〈0.05)from the end of 12th.2.2.2 Experiment TwoOn the basis of experiment one,we obtain the TCM law of syndrome about model rats of T2DMIR.Then we design different formulas directly to the different syndromes of TCM respectively. To observe the function of the function of prescription in TCM theory to aim directly at different syndrome during the progress of animal experiment. Compared with the model rats group, the FPG,Fins,IRI level of the A and B formulas group have no statistic significant from 7th to 10th week while the FPG,Fins,IRI level of the C formulas group lowers obviously(P〈0.05) and IAI level of C formulas group rises up obviously(P〈0.05) from 11th to 12th week. Compared with the model rats group,the TC,LDL-C level of B and C formulas group lowers obviously(P〈0.05).Compared with the model rats group,the TNF-α,IL-6 and cAMP/cGMP level of A,B and C formulas group lowers obviously(P〈0.05). Compared with the model rats group, the whole blood viscosity of 150/s and 5/s as well as the blood plasma viscosity of model rats group lowers obviously(P〈0.05).3.Conclusion From the experiment, the model rats of T2DMIR have the obvious progress of TCM law. The C formulas of Invigorating"Qi", nourishing"Yin", promoting blood circulation and dispersing phlegm maybe improve IR by anti-inflammation.
