Objective: Through observing Taieran Fang to the impact of the level aboat serumβ-HCG,TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1 of abortion rat model which made by fetal acupuncture and oxytocin threatened. Probing the Protect fetus mechanism of Taieran Fang Effect to foreboding abortion, provide the necessary objective basis, and strive to promote in the clinical application.Methods: The experimental animals belongs to 60 female pregnant rats strains, feeding adaptability week after pregnancy were randomly divided into 6 groups (blank group, model group, Taieran Fang small dose group, Taieran Fang mediate dose group, Taieran Fang large dose group, Western medicine group).ten rats in one group, in the 1-5 days of pregnancy, except blank group, model group, progesterone group, the other three groups of the Taieran Fang gavage; progesterone intra-muscular injection progesterone group the previous day 6mg/kg, a total of three times. Pregnant 6-7days, electro-acupuncture stimulation by both sides Sanyinjiao and Hegu acupuncture point, the day after intra-muscular injection of oxytocin threatened abortion method rat model. Pregnant eight days given the original dose and methoded to use, detecteing by RIA in serumβ-HCG, plasma TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1αcontent after five days.Results: 1. Rats in each groups serumβ-HCG in contrast: Taieran Fang small dose group, mediate and large dose group, Western medicine group ,each groups are compared with model group differences(p<0.05 or p<0.0l);model group compared with the blank group appears significant differences (p<0.01); Taieran Fang small dose group, mediate and large dose group compared with the Western medicine group have no differences (p>0.05). Taieran Fang between the each two groups showes no differences (p>0.05). 2. Plasma of rats in each groups TXB2 in contrast: Taieran Fang small dose group, mediate and large dose group, Western medicine group ,each groups are compared with model group differences(p<0.05 or p<0.0l); Taieran Fang mediate dose group and the high dose group compared with the Western medicine group differences (p<0.05); Taieran Fang between the each two groups showes no differences (p>0.05).3. Taieran Fang small dose group, mediate and large dose group, Western medicine group ,each groups are compared with model group differences(p<0.05 or p<0.0l); Taieran Fang between the each two groups showes no differences (p>0.05).Conclusion: For acupuncture + oxytocin induced animal abortion model ,the Taieran Fang can promote serumβ-HCG, plasma TXB2 and 6- Keto-PGF1αcontent, thereby confirming the Taieran Fang of the effectiveness on threatened abortion, the prevention of Threatened Abortion and the efficacy compared with progesterone basically the same, and its mechanism may be through increase inβ-HCG and 6-Keto-PGF1α, lower TXB2 content, thereby improving uterine ischemia and hypoxia conditions, making a prevention and cure foreboding abortion role.
