Experimental Research On Delaying Fibrosis Of CRF Rats With Shenshuaixiezhuo Pi1L

Objective:To evaluate the functional mechanism of Shenshuaixiezhuo pill in the treatment of CRF in rats.Method: The fats were fed with adnine to establish the chronic renal failure animal model, then they were divided into six gropes.Shenshuaixiezhuo pill at low, medium and high-dose groups as the treatment group is given with grvage,and Niaoduqing particle is for a positive control group ,meanwile the same amount of water is for negative congtive control group and modelgroup.Then changes of Scr,BUN are observed.And,using immunohistochemical method is to observe the expression of FN,TGF-β1 in renal tubulointerstitial.The result: Shenshuaixiezhuo pill can decrease Scr,BUN; Shenshuaixiezhuo pill can significantly lower expression of FN,TGF-β1 in tubulointerstitial and have obvious difference with control group .Shenshuaixiezhuo pill can improve the renal tubulointerstitial pathological lesions.Conclusion: Shenshuaixiezhuo pill can decrease Scr and BUN,so that it can improve renal function . Shenshuaixiezhuo pill can significantly lower expression of FN,TGF-β1 in tubulointerstitialof the chronic renal failure animal model.It can alleviate tubulointerstial inflammatory reaction ,improve its pathological lesions,protect renal function and prevent renal interstitial fibrosis of the chronic renal failure animal model.
