Clinical Studies On Quxie Shengji Soap On Wound Healing After Anal Fistula

Objective:Anal fistula is a common disease of anorectal diseases.Currently surgical treatment is the best treatment.Problems such as wound healing and pain have been the reasons why patients with anal fistula have been selected for surgical treatment.This subject has studied the effect of bathing of Quxie shengji soap on the healing of wounds after anal fistula.To explore the effect of Quxie shengji soap on wound healing after anal fistula,with a view to find an anal fistula postoperative patient recovery method.Methods:The object of the study was to selected 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the inpatient data from March 2017 to January 2018 in the Department of Anorectal,Fujian Provincial People's Hospital.All patients were low anal fistula.Syndrome type is heat and humid,In the anal sacral anal fistula incision,using randomized controlled research methods,distribute to the observation group and the control group in a 1:1 ratio.observation group 30 cases,control group 30 cases.Postoperative observation group was treated with Quxie shengji soap and He-Ne laser irradiation.The control group was treated with a 1:5000 potassium permanganate water bath combined with He-Ne laser irradiation.After treatment with antibiotics for 3 days,routine dressing changes once a day,The wound pain,respectively wound edema and wound exudates were observed on the 3rd,7th,and 14th postoperative days,measure wound area to calculate wound healing rate,After discharge from the hospital,the paralyzed patients were returned to the hospital every day to record the wound healing time.Results:1.The observation group and the control group had no statistical difference(P>0.05)in the preoperative general conditions(age,gender,disease duration,and original wound area),and they were comparable.2.There was no statistical difference between the observation group and the control group in the comprehensive curative effect(P>0.05).3.There was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the degree of pain at the 3rd,7th and 14th days after operation(P<0.05).4.The comparison between the observation group and the control group in the amount of exudate from the wound was statistically significant at the 3rd,7th,and 14th days postoperatively(P<0.05).5.In the comparison of wound edema degree between the observation group and the control group,statistical differences were found on the 3rd,7th,and 14th days after operation(P<0.05).6.There was a statistical difference between the observation group and the control group in wound area and wound healing rate on the 7th and 14th days(P<0.05).7.There was a statistically significant difference in wound healing time between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of treatment of wound healing after treatment of anal fistula by Quxie shengji soap bath combined with He-Ne laser irradiation treatment.The combination of the two groups was found to significantly relieve wound pain and wound edema after surgery,and can reduce wound secretions.reduce pain and improve post operative patient quality of life,improve wound healing rate,significantly reduce the healing time of wounds.
