The Comparative Analysis Of Micro-indexes Between The Syndrome Of Dampness-turbid And Blood Stasis And The Syndrome Of Non-dampness-turbid And Blood Stasis In Chronic Renal Failure(CRF)

ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between micro-indexes and different syndromes of TCM in CRF Patients.And select the interrelated micro-indexes to the syndrome of dampness-turbid and blood stasis in CRF patients with mathematical statistics to make the clinical dialectical have higher standard of accuracy.MethodsWe use the forward-looking and cross-sectional survey methods to analysis the difference of micro-indexes between the syndrome of dampness-turbid and blood stasis and the syndrome of non-dampness-turbid and blood stasis in CRF patients.According to the diagnostic criterion and syndrome differentiation standard of TCM,80 CRF patients were enrolled,which divided into the syndrome of dampness-turbid and blood stasis group and the syndrome of nondampness -turbid and blood stasis group by three associate chief physicians of TCM(including chief physicians).All the patients are taken blood in veins to examine glycerin trilaurate(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),apolipoprotein B(APO-B),endothelin(ET),nitrous oxide(NO),anti-coagulation protein c(PC) and leptin(LP),etc.Then record all detection datas in the covariance software of SPSS13.0.Finally, we select the interrelated micro-indexes to the syndrome of dampness-turbid and blood stasis in CRF patients according to the analysis of SPSS13.0. Results1.Acorrding to t test and rank sum test,TG,TC,LDL-C,APO-B,ET,NO,PC and LP have no significant differences between the syndrome of dampness-turbid and blood stasis and the syndrome of non-dampness-turbid and blood stasis in CRF patients.2.Acorrding to logistic regression analysis,we can not select the interrelated micro-indexes to the syndrome of dampness-turbid and blood stasis in CRF patients.Conclusions1.We can not demonstrate the relationship between the syndromes of TCM in CRF patients and the micro-indexes by this study.The reason of this conclusion may be the syndrome of dampness-turbid and blood stasis and the syndrome of non-dampness-turbid and blood stasis have no difference in the syndromes of TCM.That means may be all the CRF patients are the syndrome of dampness-turbid and blood stasis,or all the CRF patients are the syndrome of non-dampness-turbid and blood stasis.But according to our studies in experts' experiences,the syndrome of dampness-turbid and blood stasis is in the majority.And we need to enlarge the samples to discuss the status of this syndrome of TCM in CRF patients forword.2.We stil can not elimination the different of such two syndromes of TCM in CRF patients.The reason is the micro-indexes which we examine may be had no specificity in CRF patients.We need to find the significant micro-indexes at next study.3.Another reasons which lead to this conclusion includes:â…°.The survey of CRF patients with the existence of bias;â…±.The macroscrcopical dialecticals of TCM at this study are asked for the help of experts' opinions.We need to make the subjective syndrome differentiations have less deviation.4.From this study,we preparatory discuss the the macroscopical-dialectical thinking mode compare with the micro-dialectical in clinic, which we hope to make the clinical dialectical have higher standard of accuracy.
