The Expression And Significance Of PTTG BFGF And C-myc In Endometriosis

Objective To discuss the expression and significance of PTTG,bFGF and c-myc in the Endometriosis.Methods The expression of PTTG,bFGF and c-myc was studied in eutopic and ectopic endometrium in 60 patients with Endometriosis and in normal endometrium tissue of 34 without Endometriosis,by using Immunohistochemistry. Results The expression rate of PTTG,bFGF and c-myc separately was 80%,78.3%and 70%in ectopic endometrium.The masculine rate was obviously higher than that of eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium(P＜0.05).And the masculine rate of Eutopic endometrium was obviously higher than that of normal endometrium(P＜0.05). The there indexes were positively correlated with each other.The relationship between expression of PTTG protein and clinical character was also researched.The expression rate of PTTG in endometrium combined with endometrioma and single endometrium was 86.7%and 77.8%,which had no statistical difference(P＞0.05).But in the aspect of infertility there had significant difference(P＜0.05).The one year's recurrence rate of PTTG positive expression endometriosis had no difference with that of PTTG negative expression(P＞0.05).Conclusion The expression of PTTG in Endometriosis was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium.Increased expression of PTTG may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development in endometriosis by up-regulating the expression of bFGF and c-myc proteins.
