Influence On Humoral Immune Factors IgG, IgM, IgA Extracted From The Drainage Fluid After The Mammary Cancer Operation With Modified Buyanghuanwu Decoction

Objective:To study Buyanghuanwu Decoction on breast cancer patients with humoral immune factors to examine the Qi and Yin, Blood dampness Chinese breast cancer patients on immune function. Methods:40 cases of breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy were randomly divided into two groups:control group 20 cases, conventional treatment with antibiotics; treatment group 20 patients in the control group based on the additional service BuYangHuanWuTang taste for seven days. By immune nephelometry detected after 1 day,3 days,5 days in patients with wound drainage fluid humoral immune factors (IgA, IgM, IgG) levels were recorded at different times (after 6h, 24h,48h,72h) in patients with localized pain, their statistical analysis and to observe the changes. Results:1, control group and treatment group in age, disease duration, clinical stage, anesthesia, pathology and other aspects of non-group bias (P> 0.05).2, treatment group and control group IgG, IgM levels compared to day 1 no significant difference (P> 0.05), the first 3 days,5 days of treatment group was significantly higher (P<0.05 or 0.01); two IgG in the level of recovery, treatment group than the control group (P<0.05).3, the treatment group and control group compared IgA levels on day 1, day 3 no significant difference (P> 0.05),5 day treatment group was significantly higher (P<0.05); two groups of IgA in the level of recovery the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05).4, after 6h,24h two groups of patients pain score was no significant difference (P> 0.05), after 48h,72h two pain scores than the control group, there are differences between the two groups (P<0.05); two groups pain scores were gradually decreased, the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion:1, with the postoperative recovery time, the two immunoglobulin (IgG, IgM, IgA) levels were recovered in the treatment group than the control group increased significantly, application of Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction can improve breast cancer immune function in patients after modified radical mastectomy; 2, Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction can improve postoperative pain.
