Because of the special geographical location, the special administrative and management systems, the unique cultural and historical background, Hong Kong forms a special form of cultural history, and thus Hong Kong becomes the first one to contact movie as a geographical region in the whole of China.At the same time, as an important component of the sound movie, the movie songs become prosperous with the increasing prosperity of the movie industry. In this premise, as an important carrier in the development of Chinese pop music, the movie songs in Hong Kong also demonstrate the unique charm which can not hide. Different types of songs and movies videos combining the film not only add artistic value, but also make songs occupy a pivotal position at the development of Chinese pop music, and play an indelible role. Especially after the nineties, because of the return of Hong Kong in 1997 this great historical event, people from all walks of life in Hong Kong begin to emerge the loss and confusion, and the people of Hong Kong movies depend on historical and social development trends, use the unique art of perspective and express the changes in society through creative music and lyrics of the movie, which arouses people's sympathy.In this paper, through the view of the Hong Kong movie songs of the nineties, it delicately reflects the development of their characteristics and changes, as well as extracts the style of the songs appearing in the movie how to jump. In this thesis, through the interdisciplinary research between the film and music, it integrates a wide range of theoretical knowledge and summarizes and sums them up, it provides theoretical support for the mainland and Hong Kong and Taiwan music and lyrics movie songs in the future. At the same time, as the basis of its development and changes, it provides some of the creative blueprint for reference for the Chinese style of pop music's development.
