Psychologists and managers have concentrate their attention on work-family interface, work-family enrichment has found increasing interest among scholars. Work–family enrichment is defined as the extent to which experiences in one role improve the quality of life in the other role. The paper explored the relationship between work-family enrichment and burnout, the relationship between work-family enrichment and quality of life across company practitioners, high school teachers and college teachers, to answer the question what work-family enrichment caused for individuals. The study adopted survey method and used some statistical methods such as t-test, correlation analysis, anova, hierarchical regression analysis to analysis date. The following are the main conclusions:(1) The dimensions of work-family enrichment have multiple differences in demographic variables. Work-family instrumental enrichment which is a dimensions of work-family enrichment has found difference in occupation and position; Work-family psychology enrichment which is a dimensions of work-family enrichment has found difference in occupation , position and income; Family-work instrumental enrichment which is a dimensions of work-family enrichment has found difference in gender; Family-work psychology enrichment which is a dimensions of work-family enrichment has found difference in gender.(2) The four dimensions of work-family enrichment (work-family instrumental enrichment, work-family psychology enrichment, family-work instrumental enrichment, family-work psychology enrichment) have negative relationship with the three dimensions of burnout (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, low personal accomplishment). Work-family instrumental enrichment have significant negative predictive effect on emotional exhaustion, depersonalization; Work-family psychology enrichment have significant negative predictive effect on emotional exhaustion, depersonalization; Family-work psychology enrichment have significant negative predictive effect on depersonalization, low personal accomplishment.(3) The four dimensions of work-family enrichment (work-family instrumental enrichment, work-family psychology enrichment, family-work instrumental enrichment, family-work psychology enrichment) have positive relationship with the three dimensions of quality of life (overall health, physical health, mental health). Work-family instrumental enrichment have significant positive predictive effect on overall health, physical health, mental health; Work-family psychology enrichment have significant positive predictive effect on overall health, mental health; Family-work psychology enrichment have significant positive predictive effect on overall health, physical health, mental health.(4) The three dimensions of burnout (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, low personal accomplishment) mediate the relationship between three dimensions of work-family enrichment (work-family instrumental enrichment, work-family psychology enrichment, family-work psychology enrichment) and quality of life. work-family instrumental enrichment will enhance overall health, physical health, mental health by reducing emotional exhaustion, depersonalization; work-family psychology enrichment will enhance overall health, mental health by reducing emotional exhaustion; family-work psychology enrichment will enhance overall health, physical health, mental health by reducing emotional depersonalization, low personal accomplishment.
