In the recent 20 years, there are many error analyses of the Chinese characters, words, styles of sentences and grammars which are produced by foreign students. In this paper, we make the error analysis from a new point——the point of rules of prosody. So we can solve some problems that traditional theory can't solve.Some important research results on the rules of prosody of Chinese are included in this paper, and we made the error analysis to the compositions of intermediate and advanced students abroad through these theories on rules of prosody. The research is made mainly from 3 parts: (1) errors of the combination of syllables; (2) errors of stress in sentences; (3) errors of the rhythms. Then, on the basis of error analysis, we also discuss the reasons of those errors to make the research further, and we think that there are 4 main reasons:(1) the features of Chinese prosody; (2)the negative migrate of mother tongue; (3)the negative migrate of objectice language; (4) the errors caused by the language study environment. Finally, the corresponding teaching advice aimed at these errors of rules of prosody is also given in this paper.
