BI contruction is a very important pattern in modern Chinese and it is used frequently. It is also a compulsory grammar in the teaching of chinese as the second language. But foreigners made many different kinds of errors during they used the BI construction. Particularly, Japanese students'errors are often manifested in a certain regularity.This paper, based on BI construction's errors of Japanese students, showed the acquisition of BI construction by Japanese oversea students. It is divided three parts: First, comparing the acquisition of BI construction between native Chinese learners and Japanese students, we can know the using frequency of different patterns of BI construction and the patterns of BI construction which were easily made errors.Second, the errors of BI contruction are classified into six kinds:generalization, avoidance, miscellaneousness, internal errors, negations'errors and some patterns' errors. Each of these kinds are further classified into many items, which are specifically analysed in this paper.Finally, according to the analysis of using situation and errors of BI construction, this paper gives some recommendations for effectively learning.
