When it comes to the international environment justice, the empty concept of viewing the situation as a whole, which the pro-anthropocentrism publicizes, gives rise to the disadvantage of the rights of thedeveloping countries.The civilization predicament of the industrial society includes two aspects, one is the relation between human beings and nature that characters the gain of the social material wealth at the price of nature, the other is a social relation aspect that the majority of the people and nations pay high price for the prosperity of a handful of men and nations.
