The thesis is divided into five parts. The first summarizes the importance and purpose and meaning putting forward a thesis to study of paying attention to moral education.The second part investigates the development of modern western moral education at first. Since ancient Greece's Rome period separately, Christ theology period, Renaissance and modern capitalist class period and modern western train of thought of development of moral education comb and explain that studies Middle Ages.The third part of this text regards Chinese moral education as the breakthrough point to Chinese ancient moral education, modern moral education; modern moral education are studied and explained respectively.The fourth part analyzes the similarities and differences of Chinese and Western moral education. The method , means and way to implement from moral education at first have carried on deep research, have expounded the fact in some the same or close places that Chinese and Western moral education exists, and has announced the remarkable difference existing in the traditional moral education thought in the Midwest and ethical educational practice further on this basis. Secondly has carried on thoroughgoing and painstaking analysis from the respects, such as environment, economic base, superstructure and mode of thinking in the region, etc. to the background which produced the Chinese and Western moral education difference.The fifth part introduces the modern western modern value to innovative development of moral education of our country of moral education especially. The part expounds the fact at first that draws lessons from the western ethical education theory and meaning of practice, strengthen and improve the development of moral education of our country and innovate. Secondly has put forward the principle of drawing lessons from western moral education, in order to improve the deficiency in the moral education of our country. To draw lessons from the western moral education theory and practice finally, bring about an advance in moral education of our country and do in order to summarize, realizing the question which should be paid attention to in Chinese ethical educational practice.
