This article analyzes the present mass consumption situation of the cultural products. To make the research have more practical significance, the author took the sample investigation of the workers'consumption of the cultural products of a state-owned enterprise (Jia Ling Group) and mainly gave the present situation, the structure and the reason of the consumption of the cultural products, on the base of which the article analyzes the meaning of consumption to the main body of consumption, further more, discusses how to develop the cultural industry and how to care the cultural consumption of the mass. This article includes four parts.The first part makes research of the statistics of the sample investigation. Mainly, it analyzes the situation of the mass cultural consumption of the modern society by the income, the cultural and educational consumption, consumption of PE and exercises, consumption of culture and entertainment, consumption of travel in leisure time.Following the first part, the second part makes a conclusion of the present situation of the mass cultural consumption: the mass have had some cultural consumption and the request of it is becoming more urgent, and the society pays more attention to the cultural items such as the physical practice. The conclusion is as follows after the analysis of the mass cultural consumption: the structure of the mass cultural consumption is not very reasonable, the activities of consumption is focused on the consumption of culture and education and some consumptions which need low requirement. Based on it, further, the article analyzes the reasons that form such condition:â‘ personal reason, including the free individual controlling fund, time and their abilities of cultural appreciation.â‘¡the reason coming from the society, the economic condition of the whole country is needed to be further improved, and the big and middle size state-owned enterprises are needed to further their reform, which can give more material support to the development of the cultural consumption.Secondly, this article analyzes the relation between mass consumption and the entity of the cultural products. Consumption of the cultural products has many positive meaning for the entity. The article analyzes its effect of entertainment, education, and stimulus. Meanwhile, if the entity does not consume reasonably, there will be some bad influence, on the base of which, the article gives some advice: the entity of cultural consumption must consume the cultural products wisely, at the same time, they must improve the consumption ability of their own, including economy, time, capability of aesthetic ,especially on the capability of aesthetic.At last, the article analyzes how to develop the cultural industry and how to regard to mass consumption. Mass consumption of the cultural products has important influence on the development of the cultural industry, but, there are some problems in the cultural industry, the article gives four aspects of it, then discusses how to develop cultural products and gives some advice how to regard to mass consumption in the cultural industry.This article tries to make some guidance to the mass cultural consumption by analyzing the question of mass cultural consumption and gives some relative information to the government and the cultural industry to improve the development of the mass cultural consumption and realize the union of the social effect and the economic effect of the cultural products.
