Modern chinese"Sentence–Accomplishment Element"is an valuable baisc research topic. There is an important guiding significance to teaching chinese as a second language for the vietnamese learners.There are two parts in this paper:The first part (from chapter one to chapter two) mainly commentates the Sentence-Accomplishment Element. In the guiding of the"Three-dimensional grammar", Valency grammar, we put the comprehensive research achievements in order, and make clear the definition ,the properties and the categories of the"Sentence-Accomplishment Element". According grammatical-semantic property of sentence-accomplishment elements ,we concluded about 12 kinds of categories.The second part (from chapter three to chapter five) mainly analyses the errors made by vietnamese learners in learning chinese"Sentence-Accomplishment Element". Firstly, we constructed the Chinese Corpus of Vietnamese learners. Sencondly, we observed and researched the sentence-accomplishment elements respectively, and we found that the most errrors that vietnamese learners made was omission, next was misusing, unnecessary adding, and disarrangment; The omission error of sentence-accomplishment elemnts is about 77.65% in all the omission errors, which is the main error and the substance of the omission error is due to missing the sentence-accomplishment elements. Furthermore, we analysed 6 categories which learners take the most errors, including tense category"了1", mood category"了2", connect category"就", modal category"能/会", degree category"很", and scop category"都". At the same time, we explanated the reasons of these errors by contrasting the two languages, researched the chinese sentence-accomplishment consciousness of chinese and vietnamese learners by taking questionaire, and at the last, we brought up strategies to solve the sentence-accomplishment problems.
