Cultural Creative is playing a most important part in the developing of Garment Industry, which as a Cultural Creative Industries, it will improve and optimize the industrial structure, and it will divide the work to the chain of Garment Industry, and finally will increase the value-added of product. So it's right that the Cultural Creative is the core competence of Garment Industry.The paper discusses systemly the problem of Chinese Garment Cultural Creative Industries and includes five chapters. The first chapter gives the correlative concept about Cultural Creative Industries, then introduces the Garment Cultural Creative Industries to reader and discussed the effect of cultural creative to Garment Industry. The second chapter tells the relation between Garment Industry and Cultural Creative in France, Italy, America and Japan. The third chapter discusses the problem of Chinese Garment Cultural Creative Industries in the developing, and then to indicate that the present situation of creative insufficient and stressing on manufacture but neglecting creative are the key point of developing Chinese Garment Cultural Creative Industries. The fourth chapter introduces the headspring origin of Cultural Creation from tradition cultural. Then presents that Garment Industry should give its attention to the trend of Garment Cultural Creative Industries, such as tradition and modern &nation and world and so on,as well as the problem of permeating and spreading Cultural Creative'intension. The fifth chapter explores the road of Chinese Garment Cultural Creative Industries, such as the pretecting of intellectual property rights,building of independence brand,following the way of Garment industrial Cluster, sustain of government and so on. The last part gives expectation of Garment Cultural Creative Industries.
