Gratitude research is part of the growing field of positive psychology,which uses on the strengths and virtues of human beings.The researchers of psychology have started many demonstration research about gratitude in the end of 20th century,but it is elementary phase in China.Because it is short of demonstration research for the moment in our country,this study survey 806 students from three middle schools for the current situation and relation about gratitude and subjective well-being.Then,we intervened the different skill and investigated how the different skill of gratitude influence subjective well-being.The purpose of survey is to provide scientific material and reference,then intensify theory for students'gratitude in China.The results showed that:1.The junior high school students of Shijiazhuang have lower gratitude,but more children have higher gratitude.The students in different gender have same gratitude,but have different gratitude in different grade.It is that the gratitude of the students in Grade Seven is highest and the students in Grade Eight is lowest.2.The students in different gender have same subjective well-being,but have different subjective well-being in different grade.The satisfaction in life and positive emotion of the students in Grade Seven is highest and negative emotion is lowest.The satisfaction in life and positive emotion of the students in Grade Nine is lowest and negative emotion is highest.3.There was significant relationship between gratitude and subjective well-being.4.The combination of the group tutorship and counting blessing can increase gratitude,the whole satisfaction of life and positive emotion obviously.5.Counting blessing can increase gratitude,the whole satisfaction of life and positive emotion obviously.6.The combination of the group tutorship and counting blessing is better than counting blessing activity.The former can improve more gratitude and subjective well-being.
