Facing the coming of new economic era, for the artistic design education, how to adapt change of new situation? How to reform and prepare for its coming? Should we discuss the reform of artistic design education starting from the 1st industry revolution or should we study new artistic design educational model from the point view of new economic era? With rapid development of modern information and numeral age, it is more and more clear that existed teaching mode can not adapt the meeting of modern artistic design education, especially mathematics education, because it is a mode, which makes students mast existing knowledge in teaching methods, teaching technics, standard of accessment, but not a mode with requirement of innovating.This paper report that Artistic design education in 21st century in China will be a education which aim to develop people's innovation spirit and creative ability. The development stratagem of 21st century knowledge economic system in China provide mew opportunities for recombining and developing of artistic design education, and meanwhile, decide newly situation of artistic design education in global knowledge revelution.the aim of artistic design education is to cultivate high diathesis designers who have innovating spirit and practice ability to meet requirement of society. It is very important to cultivate innovating spirit and practice ability of students. Recently, the teaching reform of artistic design education has been developed, but there are still some problems to be solved, especially in professional teaching effecting by the traditional teaching concept and system. Full development of students, requirement of mark, potentional ability of students and so on should be attention by artistic design education. The development of artistic design industry drives reformation of artistic design education, and artistic design education should get along with the ega. Further consideration ofartistic design education is in order to discuss and solve problems in the cultivating object, recruit mode, teaching system to build artistic design education with Chinese characteristic and force it development steadily, harmonious, roundly.
