As a kind of sentence commonly used in modern Chinese, the Ba-sentence is one of the difficulty problems of grammar teaching in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. According to the theory of interlanguage and the theory of inherent theoretical framework and natural order, in the thesis, it firstly made a comprehensive and systematic study on the Ba-sentences'being acquired process of Vietnamese students who are in the intermediate and advanced stages by adopting the method of error analysis and applied analysis and so on, this study is on the basis of investigating a quantity of natural compositions and language materials of grammar texts.The body of the thesis is made of five parts:The first part, according to The Statistics and Analysis of single sentence pattern, The Ba-sentences'semantic types and its Teaching and grading standards of the level of Chinese and the grammar class outline, we classified the Ba-sentences which will be investigated.The second part, through grammar tests, we studied seventeen types Chinese Ba-sentences'being acquired situation of eighty-two intermediate and advanced Vietnamese students by quantitative analysis. We had almost arranged the acquisition order of seventeen types Chinese Ba-sentences of the intermediate and advanced Vietnamese students. We inspected the result by using the statistical method, and we got a conclusion that the acquisition order is meaningful in statistics.The third part, firstly, according to the above acquisition order, we propose hypothesis:"students usually make more errors in using language forms, which means the acquisition order of language forms is set behind; while the students make fewer errors in using language forms, which means the acquisition order of language forms is set before."Then through seriously inducing the error types and analyzing the reasons of the errors, this hypothesis is examined and this hypothesis is correct.The fourth part, we analyzed the factors which influenced acquiring Chinese Ba-sentences of the intermediate and advanced Vietnamese students, and the factors mainly included the following four aspects: the negative transference of the mother language, the influence of the target language, the unsuitable compilation of the textbooks and the learning strategies of the students.Based on the above analysis, in the fifth part, we drew several enlightenments from the study of the intermediate and advanced Vietnamese students'acquiring Chinese Ba-sentences.
