Chinese idioms (hereafter refers to as idioms) is quite an important and a special kind in the modern Chinese glossary. It is accurately, easy to understand, vivid contains and humorous. It is the key point and difficulty of the Chinese glossary teaching. and foreign student's interest .It is the important way to disseminate the Chinese culture and the important method to raise the foreign student Trans-Culture human relations Comparing with the same idiom, rests the language and the proverb and so on, As to phrase connotation and extension ,academic circles have very great dispute, at present. and the focus point that is argued is often concentrated in the phrase main body studies, but there is not too much more research for the main body study with the teaching , It is more less for the research between the phrase with the teaching Chinese as a foreign language ,.Therefore this research area is to be further developed and perfect This article draws up from the phrase basic concept ,use the method of illustration analysis , discuss phrase status in the Chinese culture as well as in the Chinese as a foreign languages and the role in raises in the foreign student Chinese human relations ability .To analyzes deeply the foreign student thoroughly in the phrase utilization by mistake and the reason of the mistakes Then to propose the teaching strategy and the mentality for phrase foreign teaching, Hope forward to have values to the perfection and improvement of phrase foreign teaching .The paper altogether divides five parts to launch the elaboration to the phrase foreign teaching.Chapter One .Introduction .Introduction of the phrase basic theory research and the phrase foreign teaching research in recent years, showed the origin of the selected topic is because the idioms teaching has not been able to bring to the corresponding attention, the phrase foreign teaching basic theory and the teaching practice research is extremely weak, needs further thorough and the enhancement.Chapter Two . Idioms as the Chinese teaching as a foreign language has the significance integrity, the structure relative fixity, rhetoric analogical and the spoken language phrase for the language body, has the status in Chinese culture and the teaching Chinese as a foreign language which can not be substituted .Idioms teaching and the Chinese human relations ability raise for the foreign students. Idioms play an important role in raising in the foreign students Chinese human relations ability . Chinese human relations belong to the language human relations of the Trans-Culture human relations . Chinese human relations ability raise for the foreign students are the final goal to the phrase foreign teaching, The interest that the foreign students to the phrase are the foundation to Chinese human relations ability raise . the phrase foreign teaching must meet the different kind of foreign students' need for the Chinese human relations.Chapter Three . Foreign students phrase application analyzes. The majority of foreign students have strong interest on Chinese idioms and hope to carry on the spoken language expression and written expression through the Chinese phrase, but they have the different degrees in the actual utilization .The main performance has the form of writing , the semantics understood, the grammar utilization and the language processing. And so on . The subjective reason for the forms by mistake is for student's study strategy and teacher's teaching method insufficiency, the objective reason is for the mother tongue negative migration, the Chinese negative migration and the cultural negative migration and such kind of disadvantages.Chapter Four .Idioms teaching strategy and the mentality. Idioms teaching has not obtained the full understanding in Chinese teaching status, the phrase in the teaching Chinese as a foreign language is insufficient enrichment, Some Chinese teachers avoid idioms teaching. In order to solve these problems, this part draws up discussion from teaching basic principle, teaching method, course content, study strategy ,propose the relevant suggestion, hope forward to afford help the improvement of the Chinese idioms teaching in the Chinese as a foreign language teaching.
