Some significant differences exist in different sexes, different areas, singleton or non-singleton students, different subjects and family incomes. Family incomes play an more important role to freshmen's mental health.3. The self-esteem of freshmen and interpersonal relationship of class show no significant differences on sex, singleton and non-singleton, areas from cities or countryside's, majors, but show significant differences on family income.4.
