College students' healthy growth of the relationship between the country's future development,especially in medical college students after graduation will be in the first line to heal the wounded and rescue the dying,they are engaged in the medical and health cause is closely related to the vital interests of the people.In the face of one of the fresh life,can they with good psychological quality of the treatment of various diseases,emergency or the doctor-patient relationship is particularly important.Mind and in the student schoolwork burden heavier,pressure and face processing heavy schoolwork task and to raise their overall quality of the contradiction between the cases,individual concept of self are more likely to happen conflict,resulting in adverse emotions such as anxiety,depression,and greater risk of psychological problems,affect the mental health level.For the study of the influence factors of medical college freshman mental health,explore the group guidance to college freshmen self harmonious,expand promote medical college freshman mental health level of effective way,to medical school freshman mental health and self harmony,the study on the relationship between the parents upbringing.This study consists of two parts,a questionnaire survey method,using the method of stratified random sampling,extraction,respectively,clinical medicine and TCM,nursing,traditional Chinese medicine,and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine professional,a total of 850 students,college students' healthy Personality questionnaire(University move Inventory),Self harmonious Scale(Self Consistency and Congruence Scale)and parents upbringing questionnaire(Egma Minnen av Bardndosna uppforstran)test.After recycling questionnaire 845,remove the invalid questionnaire,finally obtain 837 valid questionnaire responses received.The results show that:1.In terms of gender,students,significant differences of mental health.Girl's score is significantly higher than boys score,the countryside student score significantly higher than the city students score.2.Self harmonious situation also exist significant differences in gender,students on the ground,boys scored significantly higher than girls scores,the countryside student score significantly higher than the city students score.3.Mental health with self and experience is not harmony,flexibility,stereotype,was associated with higher self harmony.Self and experience is not harmony,flexibility,stereotype has significant predict effect to mental health.4.Mental health way related with nine parents,father? VI,father,mother,I,father,mother ? and ? ? has significant predict effect to mental health.5.Self harmonious way related with nine parents,mother ? and mother ?,mother father ?,?,?,?,the father of self harmonious significant prediction effect.The second study on the basis of the first,research through a completely randomized method,according to the questionnaire of self harmonious college students norm score distribution,in accord with conditions of 52 students,40 subjects were selected,Randomly divided into experimental group 20,20 people in the control group,participants were aged 17 to 20,the average age of 18.70 years.The experimental group were divided into 2 groups,each 10 people a group,each group of three boys,seven girls.Experimental group each group respectively for 8 weeks,once a week,a total of 8 times of group counseling.The control group during the period of eight weeks not to intervene.At the end of the group guidance,by the experimental group and control group to fill in the questionnaire of self harmonious again.The results show that:Group guidance to college freshmen self and experience is not harmonious,the flexibility of harmony,a significant role in promoting.
