Drawing is one of the basic courses to learn the art of painting. It is even known as the foundation of all the Visual Arts. But the understanding on this issue is of great diversity. This can be called the benevolent see benevolence and the wise see wisdomThis article is talking about drawing more as a visual way of thinking and a way of grasping the objective. Drawing is simple and general in characteristic. It can accurately and vividly grasp the nature of objects. Thus, drawing is what the artists have always been talking about.This paper tries to understand and reflect some common concepts in drawing along the ideas of observing, thinking and expressing in drawing. It tries to make some rational study on the expression of drawing and then puts forward some ideas on drawing and art phenomenon with the aim to enhance the understanding of drawing and draw attention to its role and position.
