The 17 Representatives pointed out that "culture has become more and more important in sources of national cohesion and creativity and become the important factor that competed for strengthening comprehensive national ".It propose that "stimulating the whole nation culture create vigor and raise national culture soft capability". It's meaningful to strengthen our capacity for improving the soft capability of national culture, strengthening overall capacity and international competitiveness of the cultural industry of our country. Cultural trade is regarded as the important component of international trade has great meanings to our country, because it not only has diplomacy and propagates function which traditional international trade have, but also transmitted ideology and values, and create conditions for other trade exports. Cultural trade which has its own particularity has already caused the attention of a lot of countries and become the important field of the competition between some countries. The paper start with defining the cultural industry, culture trade and the achievement, characteristic of cultural trade of our country in recent years in objective. Analyzed the advantage and existing deficiency of cultural trade in our country. In the end, to put forward the corresponding countermeasure for the deficiency of cultural trade in our country. Establish the culture brand in the products' production and management, implementing brand strategy, establish the international marketing idea of the cultural industry, implementing the cultural product export and strategy, encouraging the cultural product of our country to the world, and promoting the international competitiveness of cultural trade of our country constantly, explore world market; Meanwhile to pay attention to the function that emerging the industry chain and industry at the same time, combine the cultural industry with related numerous independence in order to transform into the large-scale production of cultural industry. Make great efforts to turn the advantage of the culture resources of our country into the cultural product competition advantage in the international market, strengthen the international competitiveness of the cultural product of our country, and promote the cultural trade of our country to develop smoothly.
