The process of the transformation from theoretical knowledge to practice is not only a way to search out truth via practice, is also a way to realize value through practice. Traditional course of Solfeggio was born as the result of the branching education system to pursue instrumental rationality after the 18th century's Enlightenment, whose birth has brought out the separation of music and human aesthetics and creative practice, of music and human life practice and even of music and other relative subjects. Since 1960s, new courses and new course design have been sprung out about every other decade globally. Especially after 1980s, while countries are developing the productivity to increase international competitiveness, they all start a new race of course reform. People realize clearly that the state power relies heavily on its workers'quality, and then, with the development of educational reform, the most comprehensive and sophisticated international educational reform started, with efforts to build up a new educational system adapted to 21st century's competition and national economic and social development as its nature, which includes reacquainting the value and nature of the course, designing new course standard, new teaching plan and experimental teaching methods and so forth.There are four parts in this paper. The first part is an introduction on relevant economic and time background, educational and cultural background, and the issues in educational field. The second part is a positioning research on traditional course of Solfeggio and its nature. The third part is a theoretical research on Solfeggio practice and educational theory. The fourth part is a summary about Solfeggio comprehensive practical course, which reveals the necessity, scientific significance and practical possibility to carry out the educational reform of music quality on Solfeggio with aesthetics as its centre. The author states her idea that as a comprehensive practical music basic course, Solfeggio comprehensive practice course is based on direct experience from students'social practice, with its close relation with students' personal, social and art life experience, and in Solfeggio comprehensive course, the practical use of students'knowledge and skill should be stressed out since it has great value for students'life and experience. The author also points out the present significance of the research on Solfeggio comprehensive course lies in its academic view on sustainable development of the domestic depressive Solfeggio course when logging into the world educational reform on musical education. At last the author poses the key to enforce Solfeggio comprehensive course is to cultivate comprehensive teaching staff with much practical experience and theoretical research ability.
