| I analyze the supply chain management situation and provide optimization suggestion in the thesis based on the case of the opacifier operation system of Atofina (Guangzhou) Chemicals Co., Ltd. There are two parts in the article , case and case study. In the case, I describe the history of the company with the focus on the supply chain management of opacifier product including material planning, purchasing, warehousing, manufacturing, shipping and outside warehousing. Using supply chain management theory and value analysis method, I evaluate the present system and try to make suggestion on how to optimize it.
