This company has being developed very quickly in these 3 years, the tendency of sales has reached a n~w top: From the year 1996 to 2000, the total salesare RAM4 1, 200,000.00; 105,000,000.00; 421,450,000.00 and 648,470,000.00respectively.From 1997 to 2000,profit after tax comes to RMB3, 210,000.00; 16,200,000.00; 81,040,000.00 respectably, At the some time, the known of ongSheng?brand is being developing quickly in both south and north of ChangJiang River in china, However, at the back of such brilliance, this company is in the face of lots of difficulties and challenges, The known of brand and brand appreciation is not in balance; The system of management and human resources can not meet the need of the development of this company; Effective technology and product creation system have not established yet ; new economic developing point and the lost of on going competitive prepotency, and so on ,forbidden the further development of the company.
