By this, a way might be found out to overcome those defects that hinder the increase of competitive power. As a result, a feasible process plan is worked out to meet the competition requirements of the target markets. Further, compatible organizational structures and policies have to be set up for supporting the new business process plan, bringing the fundamental renewal and restructure of enterprise and business processes.
