The entry into WTO and the course of the Global economic unify have provided the wide business opportunities and prospects for the enterprises at home and broad attack and challenge. Under the circumstances of the sharing resources of the information, technology, funds and talent, it is crucial to seize the business opportunities and meet with the challenge so as to use management means and mode reforming. So BPR is the reform of the industrial management resulted from the new market environment and the support of the new technological condition.This article gives a new reform idea and an application plan on how to reengineering its business process and its organization structure by studying the theory of BPR and combining with the real condition of the HUHHOT QINGYUAN GARMENTS CORPORATION. After investigation of the external environment and its functioning circumstances and analysis of the running situation of the corporation, it points out the necessity and availability of BPR and puts forward a implementing plan as well as a systematic evaluation for the profit and dangers.
