Research On Logistics Management Modernzation In Western China

Logistics management (LM) is one of the important fields in the logistics, and LM modernization is the key for logistics modernzatio- n. So the research on LM modernzation will influence the improve- ment of logistics directly. Combining with the reality of economy and society in western China, the paper analyses wholly logistics on facts and directions in western China. Then the author offers the following viewpoints: the way to realize LM modernzation is the first of all the problems that must be dealt with if logistics modernzation will be done. And the most important aspect to improve the logistics mana- gement level is to begin on the angle of LM in ent- erprise, and to shift the solid ideas with new thoughts. Following all of above, the author locates the paper on the floor of strategy in LM, and then discusses LM modernzation to try to find blueprint flting for western China. Supply china management (SCM) is one of advanced theories wid- ely used in the fields of LM. Firstly the paper utilizes SCM to probe several essential problems in LM in western China, then it analyses modernzation in LM deeply according to the order from intra-ente- rprise to inter-enterprise and to to the whole logistics industry. Moreover it offers the corresponding solutions for the different level. On the level of intra-enterprise, it concludes core-competence~ value- chain and consumer-management; on the level of inter-enterprise, it discuss the logistics allience in the different coporates; on the level of logistics industry, it analyses how to develop third-art-logistics in western China reasonablely and effectively.
