China's Logistics Management Issues And Strategies For Research

Since 1990's, along with increasingly perfecting of modern information network technologies and freedom of carrying trade in the world, logistics gets development opportunity which is never obtained before, and it takes on characteristics of information and network, and transition from traditional logistics to modern e-logistics.Based on studying modern logistics system, this paper, from managerial perspective, tries to analyze some theories and problems on the aspect of logistics in China. Furthermore, it generalizes some managerial problem about logistics in China, such as information level of logistics, service level and scale of logistics enterprise; manufacture level and theoretic study of logistics, and supply chain management. Then the paper suggests some countermeasures, mainly including: speeding up the steps of logistics system reformation, blazing new trails of logistics management, reconstructing the organization structure of supply chain and then establishing the supplying union, establishing an advanced management system, strengthening the logistics model in EC, and so on. The paper constructs the general viewpoints about logistics and logistics management, meanwhile provides some reference suggestions for developing our logistics and solving some existed problems in China.
