With the establishment and perfection of market economy system in village, XinJiang rural economy is in the mid-term industrialization, which the relations between agriculture and agriculture-related industries developments are more and more close. The development of the agriculture-related industries has an important role in further pushing the specialization, industrialization, and socialization of farm production for deep development. We propose that the development of agriculture-related industries are the center of our research. In order to increase peasant's income, to promote farm production, to develop rural economy, we newly define the concept of agriculture-related industries, referring to some theories and the practice of agribusiness in the developed countries. According to the input and output in national economy, we set up the system of the agriculture-related industries in XinJiang. We research on the laws of their development, analyze their industrial structures and function in propelling XinJiang national economy, generalize their restricted factors. We make choices of the leading industries in the system by applying the theory on the input and output and the gray-relating model. Their development is a kind of adjustment of rural industrial structure in our new strategies. With the developing view of modern agriculture, We should integrate the adjustment of rural economy and their development. To effectively adjust the rural industrial structure and develop national economy in XinJiang, we should plan and coordinate their developing direction, lines and policies by analyzing them in the whole national economy system, on the high level of industrialization and urbanization.
