In 21 century,enterprise will face with an environment has been called "hypercompetitive." strategic alliance have become a strong tidal current in deleloped country .But in our country, it is still in primary that state enterprise carry out strategic alliance, from present condition, not only it has limited amount,but also has few mode.nowadays,China have become a member country of WTO, our state enterprise will also face with more and more opportunity and challenge, so the state enterprise must perform strategic alliance too.This thesis make a study of bringing strategic alliance into state enterprise in many ways. It first study and discuss the effect of enterprise technical innovate,after study state enterprise perform strategic alliance from all sides. The thesis study the problem of state enterprise,explore that strategic alliance' effect to enterprise reform, it also try to use game theory to analysis the market competitive setting of state enterprise,and our country join WTO ,the flux of environment all prove state enterprise need strategic alliance.
