Nowadays, with TNC coming to China and the development of economy, the need of TPL has been increasing greatly. The TRL enterprise of our country grows in this environment and background.However, the development of our TPL has just began, the existing logistics service can't satisfy the customer's urgent requirement. Meanwhile there are several general problems in the cooperation relationship with TPL enterprise and its customer enterprise. All of these hinder the moving of TPL in our country. To solve this problem should depend on the change of idea in logistics and the innovation of cooperation pattern. It demands us study and search the role, function, and position of TPL enterprise on a more deeply level. This thesis discusses this question from this angle, and takes its strategic alliance with customer enterprise as main target.Furthermore this thesis tries to link strategic alliance theories with TPL enterprise management. It starts with the necessity of setting up a logistics strategic alliance, debates the feasibility of this alliance, and goes on explore the suitable choice of such a new strategic alliance.This alliance discussing in this thesis is a new pattern in logistics enterprise, it has the following characteristics: sharing the same resource and risk, increasing the service level of personality and specialization, raising the loyalty of customer and reduce the cost of transaction. Thus such pattern is sure to be an important one during the process of our TPL's development.
