Through the enforcement of the telecom branch' BPR, we redesigned the organization structure, the new organization supports key business process, increases the response speed to the market, so the enterprise can adapt to the change of the market and the clients at the best level, can increase efficiency, enhance the acttivity level of the employees, keep the quick increase of business revenue, control the cost and fee efficiently, enhance the performance of the enterprise and lower the cost largely.
