Innovation is the soul of our nation, which a nation without the ability of innovation could not stand firm and erect among excellent nations in the world. At the military enlarged meeting in 1999, President Jiang zemin advanced three standards of a qualified N.C.O include possession of all-round quality, possession of versatile knowledge structure and comprehensive ability, and possession of innovative ideology.Education is the major base of the knowledge innovation, the knowledge communication and the knowledge application. The education in the military academy is an important channel to train the military talent. N.C.O will be the pivotal force in our troops along with the system reform of military service. Its quality will has great influence on whole troops' quality, so as an academy that train the talented N.C.O , we should take the responsibility for carrying out the innovation education.In order to train a N.C.O to be a military talent with the innovative ideology, we should promote education reform, found a new education system focusing on innovation, and also establish modern education system adapt to innovation education,.In this thesis, first the author set forth the development trend of N.C.O building. Then reach a common understanding of the N.C.O education. At last, the author put forward some proposals about the N.C.O education. The author thinks that we should change the education views, improve the quality of beginners, reform the system of course and examination, spur the students on to greater effort, construct the multi- dimensional and interaction teaching pattern, and train the teachers to be all-around .
