The Study Of Supply Chain Management Optimization

Soon after it was brought forward,Supply Chain Management(SCM) has put up great superiorities over the other Management method in many respects,such as cost controlling and market researching etc. And many famous enterprises,such as IBM,DELL and HP etc,have come to the top by carrying out SCM. So it became a hot topic in management study,and many groups and individuals has come forth to study it. And many management academicians air their opinions on it by papers.Since most of the papers are base on foreign enterprises' practical instance,they mean little for our home enterprises in practical implementation because of their traits of planned economy. Here I summarize others' opinions and put forward my own opinion about how to optimize SCM.In Chapter 1 I introduce the basic conception and contents of SCM,including conception,essential characteristics,essential goal,three basic levels and main tasks,etc.In chapter 2,by summarizing others' experience on how to carry out SCM,I put forward the implementation principle generally accepted of SCM and design process of implementing SCM,and in details I introduced implement steps of integrated SCM(from function integration to interior supply chain integration and from interior supply chain integration to exterior supply chain integration).I paid much emphasis and writings on how to optimize SCM in Chapter 3,and this is the most important problem I want to solve. Firstly,to state that the study of SCM optimization calls,I present the main problems when our home enterprises put SCM in practice and the lack of present theoretics. Then I divided all of the means of SCM optimization into two classes-enterprise management methods and information technology methods,and I discussed every information technology method in detail:Enterprise management methods I discussed cover mapping out manipulable plans,strengthening core ability and improving scale economic benefit,controlling SC's risk,and making use of the third party's logistics.In chapter 4 I discuss information technique methods in detail,which cover optimizing R&D of ERP and SCP,EDI techniques,Internet information technology,the other logistics techniques,advance planning system,and network technology. One of this article's innovational points is introducing network technology to optimize SCM,and I paid great of writings on this.
