With industrial innovation and urbanization as well as ever increasing of population, farmland is widely and more intensive utilized. Also unsustainable trends are more and more acute due to improper allocation and technology misusing including fertilizer and pesticide, especially in China. Based on the the evolution and its trend of agriculture for 200 years more, the first part concludes the necesstivity of sustainable intensive farmland allocation .The second part concentrates on land economic mechnisms and related substantial evidence aimed at varying affect on sustainable intensive utilization of agricultural land.The third part set up a evaluation system including 15 essecive indexes and a simplified mathematical evaluation model for farmland optimal allocation of sustainable intensive agriculture development. The fourth part gives a example.
