A Study On China Construction Industry Development Countermeasure

According to the study on China construction industry development history and actuality,this dissertation reveals the main problems which hold back the development of China construction industry,and it points out that the original reasons of the situation lie in several aspects,the reformation has not been carried out properly,the regulations are not valid or well followed out,the government sections participate too much in some affairs while too little in others. China has joined WTO,as the construction market is gradually opened to the other members of WTO,China construction industry will have to meet the challenge from the developed countries. Comparing China construction industry with those of other countries,this dissertation analyses the advantages and disadvantages to China construction industry caused by joining WTO,gives out the development countermeasure of changing the actuality of China construction industry and how to meet the challenge from WTO. In a word,in accordance with the requirement of market-directed economy and international convention,China construction industry should deepen the reformation,establish and improve the market-directed system,strengthen the ability of competition.The article is divided into four chapters:Chapter OneContains the concept and feature of the construction industry,defines the important roll that the construction industry plays as the main civil economic industry.Chapter TwoIntroduces the development history and actuality of China construction industry,analyses the prospect of development.Chapter ThreeIntroduces the outline of WTO and the opening schedule ofiChina construction industry,analyses the advantages and disadvantages of both inside and abroad construction industry as well as the effect to China construction industry caused by joining WTO.Chapter FourCrystallizes development countermeasure of China construction industry,including to establish and improve the construction regulation system,to establish a uniform and open construction market with competition and order;to strengthen enterprise's ability of competition,and the government conducts and adjusts the construction industry properly with its policy.
