With the fast development of modern information and communication technology, the human society is transforming from the industry economy into the knowledge-based economy. Because there is a close correlation between high-tech and knowledge economy, High-tech industries have become a "industry system high point" that the developed countries make an effort to pursue. The competition of high-tech enterprises is for technology, products, services and talents, and its essence is the high-tech talents with high quality. Whether high-tech talents work actively and initiatively, creatively decides the success of high-tech enterprises.Professor Willam of Harvard Business School points that performance level equals the function of ability and motivation. That is to say, motivation is an important factor affecting performance level. How to motivate high-tech talents effectively has been becoming a hot topic in developed capitalistic states. A systematic theories and feasible operation methods have been established after the motivation of the special human resource is studied by western scholars and experts. It is a new thing to our nation that we study motivation of high-tech talents from the angle of human resource management with scientific methods. So, 1 shall try to devote myself to the study on motivation mechanism of high- tech talents from angle of modern human resource management .1 hope what I have achieved will benefit to the further research in theory and direct high-tech enterprises to motivate their talents in practice.The thesis is adopted methods of investigation and literature study. First, 1 have investigated some high-tech enterprises in order to get first-hand information about motivation of high-tech talents. Then, I made a hard work on studying a large quantity of literature. By comparing and analyzing, 1 creatively established a new frame of the talents motivating mechanism of high-tech enterprises which suits to our present situation. Taking the study route, 1 arranged the structure of the thesis as fellow:The first chapter is an introduction. In this part, I define motivation and high-tech enterprise. I discuss the importance of motivation and identify what high-tech enterprises talents need.In the Chapter 2 1 introduce a number of motivation theories of western countries and especially demonstrate how the well-known American IBM corporation put these theories into practice.There are three different motivation models of America, Japan, Singapore with different background in the chapter 3.1 try to find out something useful setting up our high-tech enterprises motivating mechanism by comparing these models.The chapter 4.analyzes our talents of high-tech enterprises motivation present situation .1 have a strategic plan to set up our high-tech enterprises motivating mechanism of talents.In the chapter 5, 1 analyze what produce the problem from the angle of education, that the quality of our high-tech talents is not consistent with the main goal of high-tech enterprises motivating talents . I put forward a new point view that reforming quantity education and advocating quality education is crucial to set up our high-tech motivating mechanism.In the last chapter, on the base of analysis, comparison and synthesis, I creatively established a new mode of our high-tech enterprises motivating mechanism of talents...
