After China's entering of WTO, with the development of economy, the wage distribution system will face great impact. The distribution system according to work which has been initiated for years and has tremendous use in our country's economy construction will say good-bye to the historical stage. The new distribution system according to factors of production or knowledge and technical ability, which pays more attention to the impact of encouragement, has taken place of the old one. As a traditional container manufacturer, DCMC carries out the reform of wage system under the current situation not only for the sake of facing challenges but also for sake of self-developing.Under the direction of modern theory of salary, integrating the concrete reality of DCMC, the thesis applies theory to reality and designs the salary program. In the thesis, the ways of quantitative and qualitative are used in a great number to support the basic viewpoints and specific measures.Through expounding the theory of salary, the thesis summarizes the main characters of different theories and briefly introduces the applying situation and developing trend of salary theory in China and aboard. After introducing the formation and running condition of the salary system in DCMC, the thesis analyzes the main problems of the current salary system and reasons. Integrating both the way of quantitative and qualitative analysis, from the way of the company, job value and workers, the thesis analyzes how to choose the salary policy and the decisive use of different job value and working performance to salary under different strategies and developing stages andrunning conditions. Then the job evaluation plan is determined and decisive factors to salary of different workers are set forth separately. On the basis of the above analysis, referring to the market salary standard and following the company's salary strategy, the thesis fixes the position grades, salary structure, forming proportion, salary standard of different type of workers and finishes the salary program designing of DCMC. In the end, the guarantee measures are put forward.
