| With the continuous development of the Internet,information technology and big data,more and more Internet and information technology is applied to the work of investigating suspects,which promotes it to be more scientific.Compared with the work of traditionally investigating suspects,the work of scientifically investigating suspects has the advantages of high speed,wide range and high efficiency,which makes up for the shortcomings of the work of traditionally investigating suspects and provides conveniences for the the work of investigating suspects.However,with the more and more work of scientifically investigating suspects being in practice,investigators have depended heavily on it,thus leading to a phenomenon of incorrect recognition and exclusion of the work of traditionally investigating suspects.Meanwhile,there are also some other phenomena such as weak skills,irregular work,incomplete determination of the scope and conditions of the work of investigating suspects,which worries the developmental trend of it.From the four dimensions of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges in the development of the work of investigating suspects,this paper studies the developmental strategy of the work of investigating suspects and puts forward corresponding improvement measures in order to give full play to the advantages,overcome the disadvantages,make full use of the opportunities and resolve the challenges of the work of investigating suspects.Based on the statements all the above,this thesis is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction part Including the background,status,content,methods and value of the research.The second part is an overview of the work of investigating suspects and SWOT analysis,which Includes the concept,classification,characteristics,process and development of the work of investigating suspects,and the concept and steps of SWOT analysis method,as well as the feasibility of applying SWOT analysis to the work of investigating suspects.The third part is to summarize,sort out,analyze and summarize the influencing factors of the internal advantages and disadvantages of the work of investigating suspects.Also,this part researches the range,condition,mode,cooperation,feedback,supervision and benefit of the work of investigating suspects.The fourth part is to collect,sort out and summarize the developmental opportunities and challenges outside the work of investigating suspects.The fifth part is to find out the development strategy of the work of investigating suspects,that is,combining the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of the work,putting forward that the work should change S-O strategy to W-O strategy,in order to promote the long-term development of the work of investigating suspects.The sixth part is based on SWOT analysis to propose the improvements of the work of investigating suspects,that is,based on the W-O strategy,adopting targeted measures to improve the work of investigating suspects in an all-round way. |
