Chongqing Qingjia Electronics Co.,Ltd is one of joint company, composed by a State-Owned-Enterprise(SOE)-Chongqing Radio Test Instrument Factory and Shenzhen Konka Group Co.,Ltd. In 21th century,facing opportunity and challenge that come from accessing to WTO,and the competition of company that become more and more intense, it's very important for Qingjia Company that how to keep competition strength and development of lasting and health.At first,the paper simply introduces the development of Qingjia Company, and explains the basic theory about strategic management; Under the guide of strategic management ideas,basing the environment studying, the paper analyzes some external factors, such as integration trends of world economy,accessing to WTO and the policy of "Deeply Developing Strategy in West of China",also analyzes the internal resource and strength of Qingjia Company,then finds out the key factors involve internal and external environment ; by analysis of five competitive forces model,we master the competition construction and situation. Through application of value chain analysis, it finds out the core competition for Qingjia Company. On basis of conclusion arouse from analyzing or by using SPACE matrix,IE matrix,we have a clear develop direction. Furthermore the alternative strategies for Qingjia Company was brought out using SWOT matrix analysis. On the end, combines with all kinds of analysis results, some more suggestions for strategic implement were brought out.The conclusion about researching of the paper is that intensive strategies is the basic develop-strategy for Qingjia Company . In order to enlarge core competition strength and realize rapidly development,the important stages as fellows must be adopted: to intensify product development,especially digital tuner product,to keep and improve product strength; to enlarge market development and expand international market; to stabilize and develop the present market,to implement market penetration; to develop SMT planting business by making concentric diversification and using instrument and produce technique strength. Qingjia Company should come off stride over development by the competition strength that gain from the strategy of cost-ahead and difference,utilizing core competition strength of technique,management and member of Konka Group Co.,Ltd.
