Research On Operation Mode Of Virtual Enterprise And Its Application

The paper is one part of the National High-Technology Development Program for CIMS-"the research on territorial networked manufacturing system for reticulate center city" and the National S&T Difficulty Surmounting Program-"the application demonstration project of territorial networked manufacturing system". Firstly,the basic concept and the theory of virtual enterprise are studied . Based on the analysis of the connotation, characteristic and cooperate mode of virtual enterprise, the infrastructure, supporting system and integration logistics system is proposed and the life cycle and decision factor of virtual enterprise are deeply studied. Based on the analysis of the cases of overseas virtual enterprises, one stratagem of implementing the virtual enterprise in our country is presented. Then, the operation mechanism of virtual enterprise is studied. Based on the study of the decision process of partner selection, the evaluation architecture of partner selection is built; the principle of the selection method for property right of virtual enterprise is presented; the cost problem of virtual enterprise is analyzed; The evaluation architecture of partner contribution is built; the concept of quality supervisor is introduced to virtual enterprise and the quality management mechanism of virtual enterprise based on quality supervisor is built. Finally, taking example for the virtual reform turning the institute into an enterprise, the virtual development and production practice are studied which includes that virtual integration for the capability of research and design, manufacture resource and marketing capability, the virtual reform of the run mode inside enterprise and the construction of enterprise dynamic alliance. Furthermore, combined the analysis of practical item, the run mode and architecture of virtual development and production of technical enterprise are concluded. Also, some practical issues are discussed, such as the construct condition of the supporting system for enable technology, the principle of the selection of hardware and software as well as the issues of personnel administrate, risk control, cultural shock, commerce environment etc.
