Research And Application Of Project Effective Management And Control For Construction Enterprises In China

This thesis aims the efficient project management and control of construction enterprises in PR China, which consists of 7 parts. The theoretical basis is theories and knowledge system pertaining to project management, and the main subjects under view are construction enterprises.The frame of the article follows the sequence as "Basic knowledge on project management - Theories of project management - Project management of construction enterprises." The course of dissertation is conducted with "Identifying problems - Analyzing problems - Solutions - Actual cases - Conclusions."After the policy of reform and opening was carried out, construction enterprises, as the breach of our state enterprises' reform, could get less professional and local protection. And the day when those enterprises must exist and develop themselves completely by their own abilities comes closer and closer. Tach enterprise all has many projects under construction at the same time, but the failure of any project would bring out bad influence on the enterprise and even endanger its existence and development. For this reason, those enterprises must manage and control all the projects efficiently. Then, how can they manage so many highly-decentralized projects; I think, We should start it in three as pacts; First, erect an idea, "All projects are created equal", as our attitude of treating projects. And, the management level can't give some project more care just because it's closely connected with their own benefits and be indifferent to some others. Second, emulate the advanced standard. As for construction enterprises, the organization which gain benefits by completing projects for others, the most efficient and practical action to emulate the advanced standard is to purser project management and use the theory, measure and system of project management to manage and control the undertaken projects, then attain the goal of organization by realizing the aim of projects. Third, do 4 basic works of projects: making out feasiblemprogramme for project, selection of appropriate form of project organization, appointment of excellent project manager and mobilization of a project team with high-efficiency.The thesis cited a case as a concrete use in practice of the theory.
