Peter.Drucker once said: knowledge have been pivotal in economy resource, and that been leading source of competition preponderant, indeed may be exclusive source. So, how motive knowledge workers' enthusiasm and exert their's innonvation and excavate their's potential, further more advancing person with ability turn into that supervisiors are confronted with impendence issue in present. Who are carrier of knowledge.It has been researched though inquiry paper that knowledge workers existent problem in montivation in Chinese enterprises. It has been intergrated many knowledge that define knowledge workers and characteristic and constitutes. Based on the theories of Psychology, Administration and Behavior, ext, It has been discussed that the economy variable and influence persone's action.Economy variable include needs, attitude, ability, value point, character, ext. circumstance variable of enterprises include motivation factors, de-motivation factors, leading style, share system, tissue aim, enterprise culture. According those, how combine both variables put forward with model about motivation mechanism and point into designing criterion and measure with motivation contract s(x). There is evaluating model of motivation contract s(x) by means of Fuzzy. Fastly, in earring out the motivation contract s(x) in Chinese enterprise management put up implement investigate based on knowledge workers characteristic and Demand Intensity.According with the front theories, it has been conclude that salay system is basis effective in A enterprise through motivation demonstration. Motivation effect has been evaluated by means of Fuzzy in A enterprise.
