The 21st century is an era full of challenges and opportunities. With the quick development of high-tech and comprehensive application of information technology, the global economy has gradually transferred into knowledge economy. With the continuous development of knowledge economy, knowledge corporations spring up. Knowledge workers are those employee who have special knowledge and working experience in knowledge corporations. As a group of personnel who seek acting on their own and individuality and creativity and diversify, the knowledge personnel are important in corporation performance. Knowledge workers and their knowledge are key factors in knowledge corporations. Knowledge corporation can not develop without proper motivation mechanism which can promote knowledge worker to dedicate their knowledge and skill. Thus, motivating knowledge workers is the most important job in knowledge corporations.The paper combines theory with practice and further applying theory to practice. It studies the motivation tactics of the knowledge personnel based on motivation theory, and analyses JYD enterprise's reality. The paper analyses the feature of the knowledge personnel.Based on the analysis of the needs of the knowledge personnel, then draw a conclusion: in a company, the motivation tactics must depent on fact of the corporation and should satisfy the needs of the personnel, so as to make them work hard. Then the author considered that it would better use four methods, payment mechanism, assurance mechanism ,valuation mechanism and intendance mechanism, to incentive the personnel in a company. Specially, in payment mechanism, the company should give the personnel more wage, carry out the flexible politics of welfare,and so on. In assurance mechanism, the company should give the personnel a joyful orgniazational system and culture. In valuation mechanism, the company should set up an open and fairness system, In intendance mechanism,to trust and investment corporation,it refer to the deliberate mangament,it is very importent and necessary.According with the front theories and the model of motivation mechanism,analyses JYD enterprise's reality,bring forword some good advices, it has been conclude that the motivation mechanism is basis effective in JYD enterprise and does good promotive role.
